Anyone can do this.

Sometimes things come with the Theme you choose, but you don't want them. One example is Also on Micro.Blog in the navigation area at the top of the page.

You could fiddle with the Theme files, but a quick way to do it is to use your stylesheet to hide that item: .cta { display: none; }.
